I would describe myself as the classic wounded healer. I seem to learn best from experience. My natural ability to empathize with a client comes from experiencing the frustration of sickness when I was young. My ability to understand what it's like to be a competitive athlete comes from my many years of competing in Powerlifting, Bodybuilding & Wrestling.

My journey is a wild one. Curing myself of most of my 70 medically diagnosed allergies was my first step in the right direction. Turning myself from a 95 pound weakling to W.N.P.F. United States Powerlifting Champ was another step in the right direction. Sharing my experiences and helping others find and experience their dreams is the journey I am on now.
