Omega 3 DHA oil Lessens Eczema

A study in the “British Journal of Dermatology” shows the effects of Omega 3 DHA improving the effects of eczema by 23%. The subjects took 5400 mg daily of DHA for 8 weeks.

“Our data suggest that dietary DHA could be bioactive and might have a beneficial impact on the outcome of atopic eczema, but our results need to be confirmed in a larger study,”
